It is with sadness that we share the news of Moreland Whitbeck’s passing…
A member of the ASBA and NCalSBA, Moreland did a beautiful painting of an Acanthus mollis leaf for the Alcatraz Florilegium. She was a lovely and gentle lady, and a talented artist who was a student of Catherine Watters for the past 5 years. Her lovely Daphne painting was featured on the Gift Bag created by Catherine’s students in 2015.
